Billing
Manage your Detectify subscription, payment methods, and invoices from the billing settings page.
Accessing Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing to view and manage your subscription. Only users with the Account Owner role can access billing settings.
Subscription Management
Viewing Your Plan
The billing page displays your current plan details:
- Products included in your subscription
- Number of assets covered
- Billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Next billing date
- Current usage against your plan limits
Changing Your Plan
To upgrade or modify your subscription:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Select the desired plan changes.
- Review the updated pricing.
- Confirm the changes.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. If you need to downgrade or make changes not available through the self-service interface, contact Detectify sales.
Payment Methods
Adding a Payment Method
- Navigate to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter your credit card or other payment details.
- Click Save.
Updating Payment Information
To update an existing payment method, add the new payment method first, set it as the default, and then remove the old one.
Invoices
Viewing Invoices
Past invoices are available under Settings > Billing > Invoices. Each invoice shows:
- Invoice date and number
- Billing period
- Line items and amounts
- Payment status
Downloading Invoices
Click on any invoice to view details or download a PDF copy for your records.
