How to Report a Bug
Before Reporting
- Check the Troubleshooting Guide for common issues
- Search existing bug reports to avoid duplicates
- Gather relevant information about your environment
Required Information
When reporting a bug, please include:

| Steps to Reproduce | How to trigger the bug |
| Expected Behavior | What should happen |
| Actual Behavior | What actually happens |
| Environment | OS, browser, agent version |
| Screenshots/Logs | Visual evidence or error messages |
Report Methods
Via Support Portal
- Log in to your Detectify account
- Go to Help > Contact Support
- Select Bug Report as the category
- Fill in the required details
- Attach any relevant files

Send bug reports to support@detectify.com with:
