How to Report a Bug

Before Reporting

  1. Check the Troubleshooting Guide for common issues
  2. Search existing bug reports to avoid duplicates
  3. Gather relevant information about your environment

Required Information

When reporting a bug, please include:

Report Methods

Via Support Portal

  1. Log in to your Detectify account
  2. Go to Help > Contact Support
  3. Select Bug Report as the category
  4. Fill in the required details
  5. Attach any relevant files

Via Email

Send bug reports to support@detectify.com with:

  • Subject: [BUG] Brief description
  • All required information listed above
