Google Cloud DNS

The Google Cloud DNS connector imports the domains stored in Cloud DNS.

  1. In IAM & Admin, create a service account and give it the DNS reader role.
  2. In the service account’s keys, add a new key of type JSON and download the JSON file.
  3. In Detectify, open DNS Connectors, click Add connector and choose Google Cloud.
  4. Upload the JSON file in Service Account Key (JSON) and enter a Connector name.
  5. To import only one project’s resources, enter its ID in Project ID (optional). If you leave it empty, Detectify imports resources from all accessible projects, and the Cloud Resource Manager API must be enabled in Google Cloud.
  6. Click Add connector.

Domains stored in Cloud DNS sync with your Detectify team every 8 hours. See Connectors for manual syncs and removing a connector.
